I used to be a night owl who enjoyed waking up at 10 am or even later, and the first thing I used to do is check my phone.

Though I enjoyed sleeping, It was always hard for me to concentrate, and I was always tired.

So I decided to change my morning routine, thinking that it might improve my overall health.

It wasn’t that easy for a person like me, who never woke up before 10 am, to wake up before sunrise.

But somehow, I did.

Weeks after following that morning routine, I quickly realized changing my morning habits has drastically improved my quality of life, making me feel more energetic, productive, and happier.
