The Microsoft Surface tablet comes with a slightly larger display screen compared to the Kindle Fire HD & iPad. The Surface tablet features a lesser-resolution screen to cut back on battery life, and offer Bluetooth 4.0 and Wi-Fi features whereas both iPad and Amazon Kindle Fire HD offer 2G, 3G and 4G LTE.
